Mentoring
Our mentoring service can jump-start your process modelling. We will launch and actively manage the project in the early stages but will gradually reduce our involvement as you acquire the skills to take over the project and develop it as required.Contact between ourselves and your personnel would initially be on a very regular basis (telephone, email, face-to-face meetings). If desired, we can continue to provide support once you have assumed control of the project.
Model development is an iterative process. It is best tackled in stages with the specifications and aims of each stage clearly defined. We undertake to provide a quotation ahead of each of these development stages.
You retain control. We provide quotations for our contribution stage by stage and you decide when you are ready to go it alone. Our aim is to get your project launched and useful, while at the same time transferring skills and knowledge to your people who will assume complete ownership of the project as and when you decide.
How much does it cost? That depends, of course, on the complexity of your processes and how you wish to use the model. As a rough guide, you should anticipate costs in the order of £500-£3000 for a worthwhile mentoring project.
