Mentoring and coaching
Contact us if you need help in a hurry. We have assisted with the very rapid development of a number of models recently.Within 24 hours of receiving a request we had helped a healthcare client build 3 versions of a model which were immediately used in a presentation. The information from the models helped the hospital make fast-action decisions about a short-term planning problem.
48 hours after receiving an SOS from a client whose model wasn't producing the results they expected, we had tracked down and fixed the problems. This allowed the model to be used the following day in a planning meeting where controversial decisions were being made about the merger of 2 sites.
