Training in Germany
We are delighted to announce that we will be running the 2-day course, 'Process modelling using SIMUL8' in Munich on 16-17 April, and again on 3-4 September. Although the course will be delivered in English, handouts will be available in both German and English. Please contact us for further details or to reserve a place.In addition, we now have a German language version of the website.
Mentoring and coaching

We have assisted with the very rapid development of a number of models recently.Within 24 hours of receiving a request we had helped a healthcare client build 3 versions of a model which were immediately used in a presentation. The information from the models helped the hospital make fast-action decisions about a short-term planning problem.
48 hours after receiving an SOS from a client whose model wasn't producing the results they expected, we had tracked down and fixed the problems. This allowed the model to be used the following day in a planning meeting where controversial decisions were being made about the merger of 2 sites.

We have developed an in-house healthcare training course for planning managers, information analysts and service redesign managers. The course includes a 1-day workshop where delegates develop a simulation based on a real healthcare issue from scratch.
