- SIMUL8 is a stand-alone full simulation system which can interface directly with Microsoft Excel, Visual Basic, databases, Visio and other flow charting packages including iGraphx, MEGA, Mood, and ProActivity.
- Recent versions of SIMUL8 include a number of former plug-ins as standard. Profit (financial reporting), TimeView (Gantt charts) and some elements of Transport and Process are included in the Standard edition. Stat::Fit (fitting statistical distributions to your raw data) and OptQuest (optimisation of your simulation) are included in the Professional edition along with the full feature set from the former Transport and Process plug-ins. SIMUL8 Professional also includes additional COM, ActiveX and SQL controls, and allows you to create run-time models.
